How I Lost 6 Pounds in One Week


I recently spent a few weeks in my hometown spending time with my family.  During my visit I indulged a little more than I should have.  The result?  I gained 7 pounds.  I don’t normally weigh myself.  I actually encourage my clients to stay off the scale and focus more on how they feel, instead of letting some number on a scale make or break their day.  But I couldn’t take my own advice, I had to know how much weight I gained-if any.
