How I Lost 6 Pounds in One Week

foodmedicine

I recently spent a few weeks in my hometown spending time with my family.  During my visit I indulged a little more than I should have.  The result?  I gained 7 pounds.  I don’t normally weigh myself.  I actually encourage my clients to stay off the scale and focus more on how they feel, instead of letting some number on a scale make or break their day.  But I couldn’t take my own advice, I had to know how much weight I gained-if any.

Now, I wasn’t surprised to see the number had gone up and I knew I need a jump-start to get back on track-and back into my jeans.  I developed this 7-Day Summer Slim Down to help me drop the weight I had gained and to get back into my normal eating habits.  Within the first 7 days I had lost 6 pounds, had my energy back, and my stomach looked less puffy.

This detox doesn’t deprive you or starve you.  The 7-day plan is designed to help you get on track and stay on track.  You get over 30 recipes, including desserts!
Here is what one client said after her detox:

“I completed the detox and WOW!!! I feel so much better, was having digestive issues and was heading to a surgeon to see what was wrong they wanted to do a scope but after doing the detox I am doing much better and now surgery isn’t in the near future”.

This detox can help you achieve:

  • A flatter stomach
  • Improved digestion
  • Clear skin
  • Weight loss
  • Body confidence

The best part is this detox is only $24.99, and for a limited time you will get a free health coaching session with me after you complete the detox.  You can read the full program details here.  I look forward to helping you reach your summer goals and dance into summer feeling lighter, healthier and vibrant!

Here I am on ABC 4 in Utah talking about the reasons you should detox and the yummy foods you get to eat!

Cheers to a happy, healthy, leaner YOU this summer!
