Spring is in the air, the weather is getting warmer and Easter is right around the corner. It’s the perfect time to make this rich chocolate bunny juice. This recipe is from Natalia Rose’s book Fresh Energy. Natalia is a mentor and detox teacher that I’ve been following for years, her cookbooks are amazing, I strongly suggest you get her newest Fresh Energy! I’ve completed her PH Detox course and I continue to learn tips and tricks from her. If you’ve never had a fresh juice before this would be a great one to start with. Using raw cocoa powder gives it a chocolatey velvet texture, which makes it taste like chocolate milk.
This recipe is so easy to make and it has less than four ingredients in it. Celebrate the spring like the bunnies do and have some chocolate bunny juice!!!
Put lettuce and carrots through a juicer. Add raw cocoa to juice with stevia to taste(start small with stevia you won’t need a lot). Blend all ingredients together and enjoy your bunny juice. Happy Spring!
